Our retreats are wellness and therapeutic integration experiences focusing on CNS regulation, deeper emotional processing, guided reflection, embodiment, and integration. We offer 3-day and 5-day retreat options with single or double occupancy. All retreats include personalized workbooks and are designed for nervous system regulation, reflection, integration, and restoration.
